Thank you for joining us at the 2018 RV Show!

For the paid vendors that have already sent in contracts for approval, the move in schedule as well as other information is posted below.

Move in:  Jan 3rd from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm., or the morning of Jan. 4th, at 9:00 am before the Show opens at 11:00.

Move out: Sunday at Show closing 5:00pm

Unloading will be at door 2 on the Commerce Street side if the building. You may leave your car there while you unload, but please move it before you set up so that others can unload as well.

We will provide you with a sign, side and back drapes, and electricity. You are welcome to bring your own table, chairs, carpet, etc. If you do not have those, Freeman Decorating will be onsite for rental purposes. If you need costs, etc., go to www.freeman.com for help.

Please email me at mbronstad2007@aol.com and let me know what business name you would like on your sign, as well as the names of the people working in your booth so that we can have your name badges ready when you arrive. The badges can be picked up at the Show office #101, and it is located in the west corridor at the 12th Street entrance/exit.

There are daily fee parking garages located on both the east and west side of the building. Saturday and Sunday the street meters are free.
